Been to lens crafters in Newpark mall and had great experience. Stoneridge lens crafters is by far the worst lens crafters ive been. Customer service Scale from 1 to 10 Base on supervisor leadership 1 Reason: does not attend customer concern Orders: does not do as promise when ordering glasses Supervisor attitude- poor Reason: stood there and make herself look pretty in front of register instead of helping cutomers need. I was ignored when I was asking question, instead other staff attended me. Glasses was odered 9 July, said it will be ready in an hour, it was sent to Hayward for odering and would not be ready til the next day 10 July. Called 10 July to see if its ready supervisor response unknown. Will call when ready. OVER ALL will not return and make bussines with this store. Poor leadership Poor customer service Supervisor needs to be retarin or replace..

The service here is extremely bad. I usually go to the Lencrafters in Colma and the service is awesome. I have made about 4 visits to this store and there are a few reasonably good associates here but my last visit was horrible and when you call in, the associates answering are horribly rude. I had an appointment at 4:00 pm, it was my day off from work. I came to my appointment and they made me wait for 1 hour! They said they couldnt find my file. The doctor was very abrupt asking me what my prescription was for my contacts like it was my fault they couldnt find the file. I ordered my contacts here only because it was the end of the year and I would lose my allowance if I waited any longer. I will just drive an extra hour to go to Colma. This was just horrible. Total lack of respect for other peoples time no and no apologies.

Worst customer service ever! Glasses were filthy. Had to ask three times to get a sales associate to pop out and/or clean the lenses so I could even see them on my face. YUCK! After more than 30 min in the store an associate finally approached and asked if I was shopping for some new glasses. When I replied I was, but having trouble finding the right size he just grunted and walked away. What the hxxx? Lots of employees sitting around and doing nothing. One was dusting the shelves all around the filthy glasses. Yeah that will make them more appealing. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else that wants your business.

Used to love the fact that I can get my glasses done in an hour (or so), despite having to fork more for this convenience, compared to other prescription eyewear makers in the area. Theyre patience, courtesy and timeliness is tested when they have a higher-than-normal footfall. Almost every time Ive had an appointment for an eye exam, theyve never seen us on time. On occasions, weve been made to wait, at least 15-20 minutes beyond our allotted time. Yet, when you run late that one time and ask for a few extra minutes, youre asked to reschedule. Ill just learn to forgo the convenience for customer service.

One of the employees was constantly on his personal phone and did not bother to ask if we were doing ok. The lady behind the counter didnt take the effort to ask anyone to to see if we have coverage by using our social security number. No one came to us and ask if we needed any help filling out the form. As always, some retail shops are only there for their quotas. Pleasanton stoneridge mall is not the place to go to because the employees seems clue less.

Lousy customer service and high prices. When my glasses were ready, they were not interested in how they fit, or in making any adjustments. I felt like they just wanted me out the door. And the prices are stupid high. I went to Warby Parker and bought an awesome pair of glasses for $95, and the customer service was superb.

Perhaps their service is a little slow, but their doctors are excellent. And their products are always correct. They use computerized method for measuring your eyes for glasses, which many other places do not. Always accurate. Arrive early and youll be better off as well. And a large selection of quality frames.

Service depends on the day and total crowd in the store that day. I got a good experience Wednesday evening but one of the worst experience on Thursday. The lady didnt know how to speak with customer and had to leave the store in very bad mood. Exercise caution when walking to this store.
