GAVE THEM A 3 BECAUSE THE LADY AT THE REGISTER WAS REALLY NICE! Ordered a DUCKWEAR SUPER BIB ON Dec. 22, 2014. They said it would be shipped from the warehouse and they would call me, they did not take any money but said I would pay when it arrived at the store Jan. 8, 2015 no call so I called them, I was told by the male on the phone they were on back order and they would call me. Its now April 2015 and NO CALL, Not a way to treat a customer, I probably wont go back to Orchard Supply Hardware.

This place had wet floors once near the coat section and my sister fell walking. The only person who helped her was an employee. I thanked him but I was too mad to fully listen to his concerns so I left in a hurry. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the customer service.

This business is close and convenient in Yorba Linda. Problem is employees act like they dont want to be there and display poor customer service. Staff is unfriendly and not very helpful! This Orchards needs new attitude and new employees to be successful.

For being a small hardware store, they stock a large inventory. It consistently amazes me that I can always find what I am looking for. Staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. Willing to pay a little more for this reason.

I use this store for various home use products. They always have what I need and the staff is present in force and Ive always been taken care of. Cant say that about the big box stores.

Orchard Supply Hardware IS Lowes. Same people, smaller format. So if you think youre sticking it to Lowes by shopping here instead, youre not. Your money is going to the same people.

I am surprised by the customer service reviews. Every time I am there they are very helpful. I like OSH because they have the quirkier items. Fun coolers and the like. Good place.

Asian manager is a hot head. Mexican customer service women were mean. New manager, same horrible service. Great to have someone say hello, but cant help beyond that greating.

Enjoy the layout and the fact that its a bit smaller. You dont get the huge warehouse atmosphere yet I still found what I needed.
