The manager at the Coffee Bean at Platt and Victory is awesome! She runs the store well and creates a very nice atmosphere. I had seen her be really nice to people before, but what she did for our school takes the cake. We had a pancake breakfast at our school. I saw all the food and drinks and wondered how much money the school had spent on it. To my surprise, they said that while the food cost hundreds of dollars, all the drinks and everything to serve the drinks only cost us $35 because the Coffee Bean on Platt had given us donations and discounts. There was enough coffee and hot chocolate for more than 300 people. And so much cups, napkins, sugar, half and half, and even whip cream that there was plenty of extras left at the end of the event. I could not believe it. And the mom who got the stuff said that the Coffee Bean manager had said to come back if we ran out of anything and she would give us more. This, while other places had offered a mere 10% discount or had turned her away. Now I like this place even more.

The positive energy from the staff at this location and the quality of products makes me a huge Coffee Bean supporter. Ive been to this location for over 2 years now and within a month they knew my name and my order, many times Im in line and they see me so they make my order, in this highly populated area they make me feel as though I live in a small town, so friendly to customers and the coffee, tea and The best Ice around makes me always come back. Not one bad experience in all the years Ive frequented. Highly recommend this location. The parking isnt always the easiest but you can park in the back and your in and out within minutes because they all work as a team. The Manager Dianas smile and positive energy is contagious.

This location is consistently terrible, the staff is poorly trained and lacks professionism, as they are more concerned with socializing than assisting customers. I drive to another location which is further for me because your staff fails to make my drink correctly even after numerous attempts. Today I ordered a Thai iced latte after 2 attempts I gave it back to the staff & went to the woodland hills location for my drink. I wont be back.

This location in particular the staff is always friendly they know us by name wonderful experience all the time we go, then they have great Wi-Fi here parking is kind of a nightmare they have squeezed lots of different stores into this lot so get here early if you can or you can park on the street near the Pizza Hut but yeah this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is fantastic they always make their drinks top-notch A+ +

I can make my own coffee at home. And yes for a lot less money. But Diana and the crew here know my drink, know my name, and cheer me up after driving in the hellish morning traffic to work. Love u guys.

The drinks are great. Staff is friendly. Environment is too busy! Finding a seat is rare. Not a good study place or quiet area. But good if you want to socialize. Customers are very friendly here.
