GOOD COULD BE WAY BETTER! They have some quality finds-I was there day one, they were still setting up. Regular Goodwill Thrift shoppers know about the color tags, the go local 20% off days and senior discount on Thursday, which is 55 and up! Gave them the benefit that things would be up and running in a few days. 2nd trip was mothers day when I got some vases and pottery items, took them home, washed them, filled them with fresh flowers, beautiful! Third trip was senior day, no discount so left and went to the Healdsburg location, then last night, still not doing the tag color sale, still not taking the GO LOCAL card and honoring the senior discount, not sure why ? I also suggested they make a rack for maternity clothes and jeans and put it by the baby items and also have a GO BACK rack outside the fitting room. Staff are great, however they are still not sure on some of the pricing, I think maybe they need a little more training and marketing experience, it is clean and there are no rest rooms available.

I came in the store about thirty minutes till close.Nice girl at the front counter, told me the daily deals and all about the sales. So I looked around found some clothes to try on. Went to the front to have the dressing room unlocked. The girl at the front says sorry we closed the dressing rooms. It being so close to closing it makes more work for us. Uh, duh....that is your job. So if you can tell me about all deals tell us up front about your stupid policy. Hard to shop for clothes if I cant try them on. Gave the girl the pile of my clothes and walked out. Sorry she says....have a good night.

Prices are high, not a good selection for children, Furniture selection way overpriced. Not a place for people looking for real thrift store value. Go to the Goodwill in Rohnert Park near Sonoma valley bagel that store is huge with the most helpful staff!

This Goodwill store is open much later than most (8:00pm). Does not have clothing for plus sized women.
