Beautiful unique rings but the worst customer service ever. This company hasnt received my insured wedding rings that I shipped them about 4 months ago. The last 2 times Ive called the person who answered the phone at the office didnt even take notes of what I needed done and had no idea of a price quote or time frame for things...Ok Im patient about all that however, upon our last conversation the desk person said they were expecting the shipment that day, after the 2nd time I gave him the tracking #, and I stated "If there is a problem please call me." That really would have been the only thing he had done or could do to help me but no, a month and a half later they still didnt get the rings and had NO intention on calling me to let me know. Then he and another lady whom wouldnt handle the call gave the phone to the person who had been so unhelpful before and he has the nerve to say I never gave them the tracking #. My last attempt at service they said my paperwork couldnt be found and just kept hanging up on me.

First off the rings are great, but anyone that uses religious beliefs as leverage to sell is a questionable entity in my opinion. The mark-up is still insane and it doesnt take a "rocket scientist" to see this. lol They happened to have the perfect ring for my lady is the reason I picked this place.
