I stopped in here looking for particular titles and authors, and I was pleased to see some great selections in the literature section (my main area of perusal). However, I found it intensely difficult to find particular authors because the store appears to have no other organizational system than genre. Books are just stacked on shelves, one on top of the other; no care is taken to categorized by authors last name. I used to go to Half Price Books chains and get books at the same price this store offered, but the books at the chain were meticulously placed according to a proper scheme. Here, you will find books at half price, but you may not be able to find what youre looking for. I finally gave up and went to the Goodwill where I could find books much cheaper and know that I would encounter the same frustration with organization. Please, Bargain Books, dont make your customers pay a high price for searching through a mess!

I love this store!! It is so easy to lose yourself in all the wonderful books. I had no problem finding the books to satisfy my needs. The owner was so nice and even let me know she can order new books if I have a need. Nothing like small town hospitality and one on one service. Ill recommend the store to all my friends.

While the other reviewer disliked the stacking of books, I love it. I went in there not knowing what I wanted, and I spent a half hour looking at the books and walked out with two books I probably wouldnt have thought to read otherwise. The prices are great and I got some awesome books. Plus the owner is very nice.
