Horrible customer service. Owner regularly insults his customers. Just today he told me how stupid I am because I filled out a lotto form with xs instead or blacking out the numbers. This place should go out of business. The owner has forgotten that the customers are keeping him in business.

Been going here for years. The place is well maintained and the workers have always been more than polite to me. Its slightly overpriced but what isnt on abbot kinney st.

The owner has some animosity towards the gentrification influx. Understandable. Good selection though, and an old school shop.
