My wife and I went here today looking for a trash can for our bathroom, and the only one they had was damaged. I asked the short haired female manager if she could order me a new one or discount the dented one since I needed it right away. Her response was why would I discount it when I could send it back and get full credit! Im not sure how that works, but that is NOT what customer service is. very disappointed, she made me feel stupid for asking.

20% off! I constantly get those coupons in the mail. What can I say? They get me in teh store. This BBB is in a great location. It has plenty of parking and the inside is well organized even though the place is packed to the brim with home goods. Ive always had a good experience here with a friendly staff, so dont throw away those ubiquitous postcard sized coupons and get yourself some home necessities.

Crowded aisles. Narrow aisles. The store needs to make it electric cart accessible as a lady there started crying because she could not get down the aisles . Also, Unable to find what I was looking for.
