I started to get my medications here because I no longer have Kaiser insurance. The service is completely terrible. I called today ahead of time to make sure my prescription was ready and waited on hold for 30 minutes, by that time I was already here. I also had broken a rib and a prescription to fill for the pain. I dropped it off and was told to come back in 30 minutes, this was a hand written prescription by the way. They refused to give me my medication when I came back stating they had to call my Dr to make sure it was real. So I had to wait all night in pain well they waited until the next day to contact my Dr. They are completely understaffed and the customer service is completely horrible. Ive never had to jump through so many hoops just to get my medicine. This is horrible patient care and I work in a hospital as a nurse. I cant believe all the BS I have to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN.

Se portan racistamente en la farmacia....solo aceptan identification de California o pasaporte Americano...la medicina era para mi hija de 4 años...q tenia fibre y vomito. .

Im sorry but they have a really bad service they dont care if you need your meds. I just call to get a refill and they told me they no longer accept my insurance since last year and they said they told the people about it but I never receive a phone call or a letter. Now I have to find a pharmacy because my son needs his meds. I had really bad experience with Walgreen pharmacy

Continually run out of prescription, even after months of getting the same items. I spoke with the pharmacy manager and her response was there was nothing she could do, its what the computer orders. I have switched to cvs and they have always had my prescription available. The male clerk in the pharmacy is often rude

HORRIBLE, EVERY TIME. It would probably kl them to get it right. Cant get my prescription near my house have to get it at 24 hour store, who knows why. Pull up give my information and wait for 15 minutes then someone comes back and they start at the beginning again.

Wass clean and friendly with helpful staff. They were a bit slow with a few customers, but not bad and we didnt mind a few minutes wait to get our prescriptions. Overall nice 24hour store. Up to the usual walgreens standards, which is better than most.

Walgreens chain of pharmacies are one of the most convenient pharmacy chains from Yuba City to LA. Pharmacists are with a few exceptions mostly experienced and educated, with up to date knowledge of their craft. Never had a glitch in the services.

I used CVS for several years and was very satisfied with there service, the Walgreens pharmacy customer service is not good there does not appear to have dedicated jobs the clerks have to multitask and are not dedicated to serve the customer

Has what you expect, but the pharmacy is insanely busy, and takes forever. The drive thru pharmacy has only one lane and always takes longer than just going inside.

Terrible experience every time. Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I just got back from buying a pack of cards and it was open and some are missing! Pathetic!

Its the only 24 hour pharmacy around. While it can be stinky and sometimes not the cleanest you can get emergency medication here.
