I was referred by a friend because of the organic dog food selection and great service. Brian ,the owner, is a kind gentleman and is very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Jesus,store associate,was also helpful and friendly. I have never seen such a good "organic" selection as I looked around the Santa Monica area since I moved into the area 5 months ago. All prices are fairly priced along with impeccable service and you cant get that anywhere. Plus, parking is convenient as there are street parking and 4 space lot just next door. Parking,service with a smile and great prices guaranteed!!

We were looking for a dog food that was completely sourced from the United States or Canada after some articles ran about issues with dog food that had ingredients sourced from other countries. Got pet food was the only place nearby that sold the brands we were looking for. The staff is great! They keep track of all my orders and all the treats so when I forget something they can look it up. It is a small store but it carries everything I need for my dogs. They also have a delivery service.

I found this wonderful, well stocked, friendly and low price pet store by chance. I can vouch for the fact that their prices are lower than the pet stores in the vicinity. They have organic and special dog food, and I believe they deliver for free too. The owners are well informed, helpful and from time to time participate in free vaccination plans. Went in for kitten replacement milk considering the name I thought quick place to stop, great looking store, but had to go to a chain store to get the milk. Lost my business. Too bad.
