i arrived prepared to pick up several medications transferred from a Safeway pharmacy. Costco now has the best prices- The Affordable Care Act has caused a huge increase in the price of medication, this is meant to funnel the panicked sick and dying herd to stampede off to Costco or other big box cheapo alternatives seeking the ever retreating affordable care. That lovely concept dances ahead leading the lame to gallamph after; leaping failed web pages, tortured by hours dangling from a twisted phone line during long holds... ending in deadlines..rumors swirl of the weak, the elderly dying on hold.. I called to inform of the switch to Costco and was asked for my script #s; read them off obediently embarrassed by the number, content of my medicine cabinet. Today, bloody hell week later! I called for refills and not a single number I read to the polite computer was recognized.. At the pharmacy two days ago there were to be 4 different meds ready for pick up. I had to wander the store and spend $770. before I was presented with just two. The staff is overworked and grumpy, defensively guarding the citadel from the walking dead.circling about. Heads down they stand far back- soon I expect they will throw our packages over a wall, auto debit out accounts eliminating need for contact.. Canada and Mexico are good options for medication but not as practical as the local Costo. I love my Dr.Moore, she is a human, as is Dr.s St. Peter and Becket. This system is not humane, I have not seen or found a heart in it. I am terrified of becoming ill and weak unable to battle for what I need. Costco needs to do a better job responding to the many people who now need to buy their meds at Costco. Did you not see this coming?

I went to Target and paired $ 68.00 for a hart prescription, ups, expensive without insurance..and they said its their best price... Next time I went to Costco and got the same prescription for $ 12.00 What the heck!! Now I use COSTO **************

The pharmacy is not open on Sunday, contrary to the website. A big waste of my time today. Folks at the returns desk had no sympathy, just said it is always closed on Sunday. Please get the website changed today.

This pharmacy is great .. I have used it for years, they do what they say they will, and on time. The pharmacists are professional, helpful and informative .. I think they are overworked, but who isnt.
