I bought a $30 Under Armour Tee shirt at this location. Wore it ONCE on a hot day hike where I was carrying a backpack. The backpack rubbing on the shirt caused the material to snag and pill. I took the shirt and receipt back to the store to exchange it for another shirt - I assumed since it was an expensive sport shirt it should be good for more than one use. On duty that night was Assistant Manager #2 Mr. Steve Ly. If he had simply told me that he was sorry this happened and his store policy was that he could do nothing I would have been unhappy but I would have understood. Instead, he accused me of ruining the shirt, was condescending, extremely rude and argumentative.

Same as all of the other Big 5s that I have been to. Nice staff but they didnt know where to find everything. We had to go in the back and help them find the pop up tent that we were looking for.
