Feels like some (Not all) of the associates here dont like their jobs here. Mainly the older ones. I dont know if its because they arnt moving up in the business, but then their personality tells you much why (based on asking them questions). Other than that, youll find here great prices, good selections, friendly cashiers and security but bitter everything else.

Ross is alright and Tuesday is a Senior discount day which always helps your patron seniors. For that discount I appreciate and thank you for the little discount. It would be nice to have a Military discount for our Military Armed Forces and their families for all they do. Please consider making this a future goal at Ross. Thank you

I always go into the store for one thing and end up leaving at closing time. The staff is awesome and hands on. The know the way inventory. One found the match to a new flat that I had been looking for for hours. I can say that I have found some quality items there such as REAL leather and tailored sportswear. Thank you Ross!

Had a return. Stood in the return line as I should have. They proceeded to take everyone from the purchase line before me. When I spoke up I was told that the cashier on #10 would take me. Well she was helping two ladies that were still shopping at the register! Holding up every garment and deciding if the wanted it!

Like most Rossi they are a little messy, but this one isnt so bad. Parking lot is always full so its hard to get in. But staff is friendly just wish they had more stock.
