I see the reviews are all over the place for this shop. I had an experience which may explain. I normally use another florist, but my wife order some flowers from this place. One of which had seen better days and was late on delivery. Thats the bad news. In their defense they did refund our money and I think that says a lot. Will I give them another chance, maybe. as I said earlier I have a regular florist I use and will continue to use. But if I didnt, then I would.

I use B&B often, I call from out of state and have always had an outstanding experience. The staff treats me as if I come into their shop. They are awesome. I have been sent pictures of my purchases and they look even better that what I ordered. Top of the line experience. They treat me so well that I plan on bringing them lunch when I come to town.
