As forgetful as I am it came as no surprise to me when I finally remembered my grandmothers birthday at 3 pm ON THE DAY OF. I was frantic and started looking for florists to beg and plead to deliver something gorgeous to grandma before the day was over. Thank goodness I found Peachtree Petals because not only where they able to get the flowers delivered that same day (which I thought was virtually impossible), the people on the phone were so helpful and immediately a sense of calm came over me. My grandma LOVED the flowers and she raved that they were still lighting up her dining room more than a week later! I will remember them every year for her birthday (hopefully earlier than the day of!).

I received bouquet that was ordered through FTD, The vase is nice, but the arrangement is very monotone and flowers are half dead. Called SoCal Petals at number on their business card and got announcement that number was not assigned. Called number from web site, and person said I needed to call FTD. Poor customer service and poor quality flowers, Not Good for referrals and business.
