I searched other local florists that had advertisements for what seemed to "good" deals but try to up sell me and tell me they had ran out on those particular flowers or wouldnt give me a delivery window that was acceptable,I called willow branch and spoke to Sarah she was helpful upfront and insured me of an on time delivery and promised me a beautiful arrangement my wife would love!,needless to say my wife was surprised @ her work with a beautiful arrangement in her Bday,best customer service,and beautiful flowers for a reasonable price and on time delivery!

My favorite of the Riverside florists Ive used. I absolutely positively love this flower shop! I needed flowers for my moms birthday and wanted to send them to her at work in riverside. I havent really bought many flowers before, Im usually on the receiving end haha. The ladies who helped me were so very nice and helpful. They made the flower buying experience super easy. I found them on google and Im glad I did. My mom loved her flowers and they lasted a really long time! They definitely nailed it.

I got a flower delivery from my hubby today and it was absolutely fabulous! He has sent me roses many time in the past, but this time he changed it up and sent me something totally different. So many different flowers, I dont know the name of half of them, but I do know theyre beautiful! I told him to only buy me flowers from them from now on. The flowers definitely made my day!

i ordered flowers and expected a basic arraingment and what i got was above and beyond what i expected. the flowers lasted double the time from a previous vendor. the delivery was on time. i am very happy and recommend willow branch as your florist of choice. i know it is mine now!
