As Savada Adamich is my local eyeglass store, I used to go there for eyeglasses, even though they have no evening hours. Parking is terrible, and the downtown meters are patroled often, so bring quarters. The store is bright with large windows and a pretty fair selection of glasses. I just will not go there anymore. I was concerned with how the glasses fit on my face, and shared this concern with the friendly staff member. I liked this particular pair of glasses but the metal frames touched my face. He assured me that he could correct the fit of the glasses, that it would be no problem. With some apprehension and total trust, I ordered the glasses. The color of the frames was wrong at first, which they gladly corrected. When it came time for the adjustment, the same staff member (owner?) could not correct the fit which continued to touch my face and bothered me while I wore them. He told me I must accept them! He would not exchange the glasses for another pair, and would not refund my advance payment money. Even after I reminded him that my purchase was based entirely on his opinion of being able to correct the fit, he stood his ground and refused further service to me. I was never rude or angry, just astonished that I would receive such poor service from someone I trusted. I havent found a regular eyeglass place yet, but will not go back to Savada Adamich Opticians again. They seem to be nice enough people, but do not stand behind their service.

I have been coming here for the last 3 years and everyone here is very caring and patient. Their experience is superb. You ask and they have all the answers. Would recommend to anyone looking to get glasses for the first time and for those just looking to get another pair. Prices are very good as well.
