Please, please send a regional manager to this store! Jaw-droppingly horrible customer service! They wont accept returns from online purchases. They yelled at me and my wife after I stopped to read the online receipt to them saying that we can return our purchase of Battlefront for Xbox One in its original plastic packaging. We bought it online for my son and my mom bought the same game for him so we need to take this back. Heres what it says: "Save this email for easy returns If you need to return an item from this order: 1. Print this email 2. Take this email along with your items and all original packing materials to a Walmart store 3. The associate at the store will scan this bar code to begin your return" Then again today we foolishly went back and tried to use an E-Giftcard sent from walmarts website. They refused to honor it! I understand theyre not well trained employees but theyre soooo rude about everything. We drove to Walmart in Folsom and they took care of both the return and the $20 eGiftcard that we had. Avoid this Walmart, drive to Folsom or Target on Sunrise.

Love Walmart but two small things bother me about this particular location. Since our County has outlawed plastic bags, we must bring our own cloth bags, which is fine. But now your check-out people instantly forgot how to put items into bags. After handing me the receipt, they start jamming every possible thing into the first bag. I had four 2 liter bottles, six cans and two cantaloupes in the same bag. I couldnt even lift the bag. Im a senior citizen and I told them I brought 15 bags and he doesnt have to put everything in the same bag. He smiled and said okay but I still had to empty them and put them in separate bags so I could lift them out of the cart. Also, they seem to have a much smaller selection of flavors, brands etc. than the Folsom store.

This is a great store. The pharmacy actually stays open pretty late which is very convenient and they have a huge selection. Ive only gone here once for an oil change and it ended up taking longer than expected but other than that I really love this store. I shop here every week but sometimes the produce isnt as good as other stores and other times its very good. They have a good meat selection too. Most of the workers are very friendly and helpful, sometimes a little hard to understand though. Overall this is a great store and I will continue to shop here until I move out of the area. It really has everything you could need...electronics, furniture, food, home decor, and more!

My wife and I went to have my prescriptions from my current pharmacy transferred to one of the big name corner pharmacies because it is closer to our home. We dropped the prescriptions off on Wednesday, yet by the following Tuesday they still had not been filled. It was clear to us that the big name pharmacy did not care about getting the job done. Then we went to WalMart in Orangevale! Pete the pharmacist and Mang the lead tech had our prescriptions filled and ready for us within 24 hours. Service was thorough and quick, and we have always been made to feel like we really matter to the staff. Thank you Pete and Mang! You Rock!!

The worst experience possible! Customer Service is NOT a part of their forte! A lot has changed here at this WalMart since December 2011... not sure what the heck happened... but it stinks now! Used to have great greeters and now they have Rusty Ol Russ looking like a stone face from Mt Rushmore... not to mention he nearly tackled my wife, grabbing at her purse when we were walking in the store. He apparently thought that her purse was a return... apparently he needs new glasses!

Im not a huge Walmart fan. Actually, I boycotted it for years, but sometimes it seems the only place I can find the item Im looking for is at Walmart. The store recently had a complete redo, and it is very nice inside. The lighting is pleasant without being over the top. I have asked for help several times and had courteous and knowledgeable assistance. If you look closely, you can find many items Made in America, too.

I suppose if you dont mind a depersonalizing and demeaning experience because saving a buck is THAT important, you wont listen to this review anyway. All others, dont support this ugly retail behemoth. They will do anything to you or their employees to maximize profit, despite theit "nice WalMart" campaign. They grind every last nickel out of suppliers, employees, and even the customer.

This Walmart is great. Have everything super cheap. I practically live here. All the stores around give u have the amount of stuff for twice the price. Walmart is two thumbs up. I do buy my meat from Safeway and some of my produce, but no matter Walmart gets a lot of my bizz..you can do everything including pay all your bills cash your check under one roof...

So. This location is easiest on my way home from work however i have found that the flow of product isnt user friendly and the employees arent as helpful as they could be. Three times now i have had questions about things and they havent offered their help. I resorted to googling reviews and reading myself to make decisions.

You would think that with a larger building more staff would be on hand. When a call to customer service is made, I dont think you should be bounced around and not getting anyone helpful to come. Trying to find someone to help shouldnt involve talking to multiple people, your friends, and who ever else you can find.

This store seems slow to restock their shelves. They also stay "out of stock" of some items for extended times (2-3 weeks) repeatedly. One would think that whoever monitors ordering/restocking would notice such things and adjust the stock levels. If so, that one would be disappointed. Otherwise, not a bad store.

this is by far the worst service at any Walmart I have ever seen. it took 10 minutes just to get somebody to answer the phone then the lady in the jewelry department didnt even speak English repeated myself over 20 times and she still didnt understand what I was saying thank God for managers they still speak English

This particular walmart has a full selection of typical products. The store is kept clean and the hours are good for a quick trip here and there. The produce is ok and the deli is decent. The biggest issue I have with this location is the number of cashiers is typically very small leading to lines most of the time.

Super store, first of all the employees are great. Their always ready to help lot items and products. Super clean store. ..items are reasonably priced. The same goes for the pharmacy and staff Peter is always willing to answer any questions you may have. Keep up the good work.

Very big parking lot , pretty large grocery store. I would not recommend the produce here. Small auto section but the did have the windshield wipers I wanted in stock where the Folsom store did not.
