I was excited to surprise my mom with a beautiful flower arrangement for her birthday. I live out of state, so I was a bit hesitant about ordering over the phone and trusting that the arrangement would be done right and delivered on time. I understand the delivery time is never exact, but I was told theyd make sure to deliver between 4:30 and 5:00 pm; the delivery arrived at 6:30 pm, 30 minutes after I had called to check on the status of the delivery and was told the delivery driver was on the way. It was a 6 minute drive to the delivery location! Not only was my family frustrated with having to wait for the delivery to arrive in order to take my mom out to dinner (with dinner reservations made), but the delivery was incomplete because the birthday balloon I paid for was missing. When I called, the lady on the other end said, "Oh she just forgot to take it, but we had it ready for her to take. Just call back tomorrow for your refund." No apology whatsover... And honestly, the photo I received of my mom holding her arrangement made me sad because it looked like a simplified version of the arrangement I saw online and thought I was purchasing. It may not seem like a big deal, but the idea of now having to deal with this company further stresses me out even more. I didnt mind paying what seemed like a lot of money for an arrangement because it was for my mom and I really wanted her to feel special on her day. She deserves that and more. I was not asking for anything unrealistic, simply to have my order be delivered within a reasonable time frame and for it to be complete. I will never purchase anything from this company gain.

On friday before mothers day i went online to this store and ordered a money tree for my mom. they called me about 1/2 hr. after i ordered to say they didnt have it. Ok, I cancelled it. I called them back after a few and ordered a different arrangment. I live in Co. my mom lives in Montclair where they are located. The flower arrangement I ordered telefloras Enchanted Cottage Standard. Item# T50-1A. Seeing my mom loves lilacs this order had lilacs white roses and other fillers but basically purple and white. My mom gets the flowers today, this was NOT even close to what I ordered. It didnt have NO lilacs.. the colors were whatever they chose and not even the quality i picked out.So for flowers I didnt pick out that were sent to my mother I ended up spending 110.00 almost. I still have not gotten my money back for the first order I cancelled!! Buyer Beware!!!! Go into this store, do not trust them online!! You will not get what you pay for and also the lady was kinda rude to me also. I will defintely NEVER order from this dealer again!!!!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY WITH A FLORIST AS I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS ONE! I placed my order online, bought my special someone a beautiful arrangement of flowers and they were delivered so quickly, not even three hours after I placed the order, fast expediting and the woman on the phone who helped me confirm my order was so pleasant. I will be using this florist for future purchases! Give them a shot! You will NOT be disappointed.

Not very much to choose from and poor service. Went in to order and was never helped, could hear the associates in the back having a conversation and laughing, completely ignoring me. So I walked out and went to a different shop
