Im scarred for life I cant believe what just happened to me in there, I work for a local dental office and I was going around doing my dentist a favor and just passing around info for the neighbors about our teeth whitening services, and I guess theres a no soliciting sign at this store but I must have missed it walking in, so Im talking to a couple of employees and all of a sudden some manager, a cocasian blonde lady rushes me and my co worker and tells us to get out, "take your crap and get out right now" if I remember correctly, and so I say okay let me just get my fliers back then, so then she tells her employee, "give him back the flier, or throw it in the garbage I dont care", somehow I still keep my cool and just calmly tell her that she was being super rude, and then she says " yea PISS OFF", and then mumbles other curse words at me under her breath, I couldnt believe it, Im just out here doing my job, yes I know there was a no soliciting sign but there was absolutely no reason to treat me like that, Im a human being just like you, I dont deserve that just for missing a simple sign at the entrance, what a terrible person she is, if thats the kind of person running this place i dont know what kind of service you will get here, they might seem nice on the outside but I guarantee once they sell you their customer service will show their true colors and tell you to "PISS OFF", do yourself a favor, visit a different dealer with a better human being in charge

This place is not what its seems. Super nice at first and then when you dont receive you ordered items after weeks. They get mad the customer and call it special order even thou it said online it was in stock and then dont actually send it to you when they get it weeks later. BHM says no refund and the hold on to the item. How about once youve stuck it to the customer. Send it to them instead of calling and leaving messages on what to do with your payed for item and shipping weeks ago !!! What ever. Doesnt seem like you are giving me any choice. When I ordered them off the website parts it said "in stock". It never said special order or that you wouldnt receive them for over a week and all sales final!!! I am pretty sure I thought that BHM would sending them out in a reasonable time frame and I would get them in a week or so. So if your not giving me any refund why the F didnt you just send them out today? Very unhappy, I guess now a forced customer. And Ill be calling the Beverly Hills CA better business bureau and I am sure I wont be the first. Yeah

Sales reps were very friendly and helpful! Were not pushy, which I always appreciate. I only had a budget of 200 bucks and they fit me into a super cool Dainese Air Flux Jacket. He recommended the addition of the back protector, which I was unable to get the day of...but will be going back Sat to get it once I get some more funds!!! Oh and the guy just looked at me and handed me my correct size...first try!!! I needed this jacket as I had to go pick up my scooter from the shop as I wrecked it 3 months ago. Broke my shoulder and cracked my head. Needless to say I needed some protection!!! I was really nervous driving my ride back, but having this jacket made me feel alot safer!!! If I ever upgrade to a motorcycle I would definitely go back here!!! If they are this helpful for such a small purchase I can only imagine how great they are for one of their bikes!!! :-)

I was in the market for a Ducati, wasnt really sure which one I wanted to get, Robbes in sales helped me find a used Ducati monster and the new Ducati Scrambler. A few days later ended up buying the scrambler. Its a great motorcycle, loads of fun in the city and the twisties. Beverly hills ducati is a great place to buy a motorcycle, the sales team is very helpful, they will let you test ride unlike some other shops around here and are not at all pushy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

Bought a beautiful custom painted 899 from Beverly Hills Ducati. People have to remember that A ton of people come in who arent really looking to buy and expect great attention and a free test drive. If youre really serious about getting a Ducati, you can wait the five minutes that they are busy with until they are ready to help you. And when you get bikes like these repaired, its going to cost a lot so remember that. Its like having to repair Mercedes, BMW, or more than that. Expensive parts.

Horrible service. Bought a 13k Ducati almost 4 months ago. Have yet to receive the registration. Have asked for service history and extra key or key card for the bike, no luck. Sales person Greg has a new story every time i call. Management isnt that concerned either, as i have spoken to them and still nothing. I was gonna buy a new KTM, but nothing from them. My advice, take your money somewhere else.

The sales staff is awesome! No complaints whatsoever about Bev Hills Ducati. Just do NOT use MB Financial if youre getting a loan. MB Financial is the WORST for customer service. Go thru ANY other bank and save yourself alot of grief. Ducati really should NOT recommend them as their lender. Ya cant even make online payments with MB Financial!

I love this place. They take care of me. Mitko and Jeff know me by name when I arrive. They have replaced my tires. They have repaired by bike from a big crash. Everyone in parts and service is super nice. Ill be buying my next Ducati from these guys.

They Have Great Prices on Bikes Dont let the BH zip code fool you. I shopped around For My Diavel and Beverley Hills Ducati gave me the best Deal. and the Price for Service was also very fair. I would buy my Next Ducati from them.

called in to check on warranty on my bike was put on hold for 6 minutes call back to trying to talk to someone else told me they were transfer me over someones house Im home for another 4 minutes still have yet to talk to anyone

The staff are really helpful, I Use them just as a needed parts supplier, the service bay is a fortune, and Ducatis are expensive, but the staff there makes dealing with a dealership a pleasure

The Ducati in Beverly Hills has great service. The manager was kind enough to inform me about all the bikes. They aswell have a Ducati Diavel 1 of 1 special edition which I found awesome.

They were always helpful (if a little flippant) when I went in for service. Not the best selection of gear, but thats the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
