They are nice only until they make a sale. After that, if youre unhappy, dont expect the same customer service as when making a purchase. I called a few times asking about my order and they always asked to call me back but never did. They also dont post any kind of sign to let customers know they will be closed during business hours. I went in during their business hours (as posted online and on their store sign) and they were closed. I shopped around for an hour to see if maybe they had gone out for lunch but that wasnt the case. No one in the entire store seemed to be able to tell me whether they would be opening or not. .

I ordered an optic k contact, I was told itll take a week to come in however its been two weeks. Ive gone in, called and left a message no one ever called me back. At this point I really just want my money back. I wont recommend

Friendly staff and very well stocked and neat. Love the Starbucks inside!
