The store is dirty and the floor is sticky with fruit all over the place. My neighbor was there November 19th with her elderly father who is 82 years old. She says that he slipped on the sticky dirty floor, and that there were kiwis all over the floor. She spoke with two of the managers, telling them that she was going to take her father to the doctor just to check on him because of his age and he was complaining of neck and back pain from the fall. She told them that she wanted to make out a report because of her fathers age and because the condition of the store is not safe for the customers. One of the managers stated to her that it is impossible for them to keep the floors clean. She told them that this is unacceptable and she wanted to file a complaint. They were rude and condesending and told me that they had no such form. The owners of the store need to make some safety changes before someone else is seriously hurt.

Horrible customer service. The older Cashiers always have attitude. The employee guys at the meat department are disgusting always make me feel uncomfortable walking by. I can feel them piercing my soul ....yuck! I feel like if you dont know Spanish or look 100%Mexican they discriminate. Always crowded. Always are messing. Expensive. The produce isnt fresh. I hate this buy low but my family settles for it , because its the closest market walking distance. Even the Manager is Rude.

The low price specials on fruit and meat once per week are unbeatable. Great way to stock up if u have a large family or hungry teens, of course with so many people crowding the store for these specials its hard to keep the floor free clean. Just too many people in the way. Get their really early cuz it get packed rather quickly. Once, I saw there entire packaged meat section sold out, it looked like food howdying but it was just there specials.

Is expensive and you need to pay for plastic bags and cashiers like Perla doesnt help you to pack your groceries. According to the new environmental tax for plastic bags food is not included and buy low charges you for kitchen food bags. For example you can get 3 for one dll in other stores and here is 99 ctvs each one

This has been my local market all my life but like everything, it has downsides. Bathrooms are dirty, there is no crowd control (especially on Wednesdays), when its overcrowded theres not enough cash registers opened. Takes forever to get out of there. But good overall

For people who said there are too many Asians, look at it from another point of view, there are too many Mexicans. Anyways I didnt know there are many reviews. I thought people are too poor to afford internet and cell phones to post hmmm. Good store nevertheless.

Went in to buy just the sale items. Couldnt wait to get out of there. The store looks dirty, No room to really push your cart around. Too crowded. You dont even know where the lines are, its so crowed. Never went back.
