I grew up around the corner from there. They always have fresh meat and the service is friendly. Also they carry products you normally dont find in the regular grocery stores like special seasonings for gumbo an creole dishes. Its one of the best mom and pop stores around.

This place is very stinky... But I personally go there for boudin and rabbit... This is the only place I cant find this type of stuff..... I would never buy anything thats not package air tight... Smells to bad!!!!

The pork and chicken breakfast sausage is like no other. And their meat packages are very reasonable, I enjoy going to this place for my monthly staples of meat and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

The meat is priced amazingly!!! I like to buy it in 10dollars worth of any particular meat at a time. I wont be buying the ground beef any more though. It was way greasy.
