!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My beloved uncle passed away and I found that Premier Floral & Event was located in Brentwood, which was the location of his funeral. As my family and I live out of state, we were unable to attend his funeral. To show our love, we went on their website on Tuesday and ordered a beautiful floral spray on a stand to be delivered to the church for his funeral service on Friday. After ordering, we received an email confirmation of our order. On Friday, just mere hours before the service, an email was sent from "Teleflora Web Hosting" as follows: We are sorry to inform you that your floral order for (name removed) has been cancelled due to the unavailability of your specified florist, PREMIER FLORAL & EVENT LOFT. Your credit card has not been processed. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you, Teleflora Web Hosting Please do not reply to this message. By the time we saw the email, the service was beginning and our opportunity to honor our beloved relative was lost. When you engage in this type of business, issues like this SHOULD NOT and CANNOT happen. We immediately began calling the business and left a message on an answering machine which has not been returned and further attempts at contact were met with a recorded message that said they were "busy with a customer." Seriously!!!! Please do not use this business!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially if do not want your special occasion ruined by their lack of attention. We ordered days in advance and if they were unable to fulfill our order they should have called us (our phone number was clearly listed on our order) that day so we could have used another florist and not had this sad occasion made all the more worse when our flowers for my beloved uncles funeral did not arrive. I truly cant imagine why they think a computer generated "We do apologize for any inconvenience" is sufficient. What they caused us was more than mere inconvenience. My heartbreak is real. :(

I used premier for my wedding a couple weeks ago for their photobooth which was the best price, they were on time, helpful and friendly. I also used their makeup professional Vanessa who did my 5 bridesmaids along with my makeup she also was on time, friendly and best of all does fantastic makeup! I couldnt be happier!
