The staff at this CVS are incredibly against filling veterinary prescriptions, which I find weird and irritating because other CVSes have filled these prescriptions for me without issue. Its very overtly offensive - to the point where one of the staff members suggested that I use another pharmacy when I pointed out the multiple deficiencies they have had in filling my dogs prescription. Why do they accept veterinary prescriptions if they dont want to fill them - and really, why do they care?? Also, the staff have no sense of confidentiality and seem generally incompetent - theyve shouted my prescriptions across the length of the pharmacy multiple times, which I dont particularly care about but I can see how this is completely against CVSs and general pharmacist/patient confidentiality policy. Theres almost always a long line, too, because their staff are constantly messing up orders and so they have to redo them while people wait.
