They have deep knowledge of their Stihl products they sell. I received Very friendly service from the owner himself! Small town business owners need our help to stay in business. Their customer service is more personal than a big box store. At a big box store most of the workers have very little knowledge about anything. Here at C & R, they know what you need and it makes a difference.

The guys in the back of the store are always super helpful when it comes to finding stuff. The check-out clerks arent much for talking to, but theyre efficient so theres not much more you could ask for. The products they keep in stock are of good quality. I highly recommend simply for the knowledgeable staff.
