Waited almost all day at home for a delivery. Tracking order said it left the local facility at 5AM for delivery. I sat by the front door all day so as to not miss the door bell and also had my phone nearby. Order consisted of four heavy truck tires which I wanted put into my garage when delivered. Instead the delivery driver by passed my garage and front door entirely and left the tires on my back deck then took off like a thief in the night. Absolutely no attempt to contact me. I am a 76 y/o widower, who lives alone, with heart problems due to open heart surgery. No one to call to help me move the tires into the garage. So with extreme caution and a hope and a prayer I managed to roll each tire over to the garage for temporary storage. WILL NOT count on UPS again. Roger Robertson, Rice Lake, WI!
