I cant believe how unprofessional this place is. I have never even written one of these reviews, but I feel so strongly about how terrible of a job they did on my orders that I just had to share my experience. When I brought my first order in, I was told the items would be ready in 2 weeks. Once 2 weeks had rolled around, I called and was told that they had just started the second half. Once I received my items, they were terribly done. The embroidery was falling apart, had gaps in the lettering, and was messy. Still, I went ahead and took one SINGLE item back to get emboidered, thinking they couldnt possibly mess it up. Shocker, they embroidered the name in the wrong color. Not ONCE did I hear an apology. They were rude, and even tried to convince me that I had not told them the color I wanted (which I later pointed out to them was written directly on the sheet that they wrote themselves). Finally, friends of mine took their items to get screenprinted with a list of their last names. They mispelled one of the names. They have done nothing to compensate for their mistakes and have treated their customers with utter lack of respect. Needless to say, I will never be returning and neither will anyone I know.

Been taking my company shirts there for 10 years. Have always brought them my own shirts in blue or black and got white embroidery. Recently, brought a few Navy Blue Polos for embroidery and they put ROYAL BLUE embroidery on them! And proceeded to tell me it was the fault of the person I had drop them off. To which I replied, "why would someone want Royal Blue embroidery on a Navy Blue Polo Shirt?" The reply from the snotty girl then turned to "the person that used to do the embroidery retired and it was Royal Blue in the records she left". Two different excuses, no resolution and I had to pay $5 for each shirt with the wrong color embroidery. This is no way to run a business, and I will take my business elsewhere from now on and do my best do direct others elsewhere as well.

While the shirts always turn out great, its not worth it. My organization has had multiple problems with them. We use them for almost every shirt we make (which is around 5 orders a year with around 100 shirts... a considerable amount of business) you think that it would earn us some loyalty, but it hasnt. Either its printed on the wrong shirt, you dont get them when youre supposed to, or you are treated like an annoyance in their life. Good luck trying to contact the elusive owners and when you ask for a discount to compensate for their mistakes, expect a slap in the face. Our organization has had enough. We will never use them again.

I would seriously not recommend going here for printed shirts. The customer service was horrible, they were 3 days late with the order, and they didnt include tax in the price per shirt, so i was short $20 when I picked them up. On top of that, when I asked why we werent told the price with the tax included when we originally came in, she said in a rude tone,"well you didnt ask, tax is assumed." And I never heard an apology.

This place only knows how to treat people bad. The manager and the owners are awful business people. They have no sense in what is morally correct. They are only looking to make a quick dollar, they have no respect for there customers. Only use this place if you want to give your money away!!!
