Not too impressed after slipping and falling on a spill Saturday morning. My husband and I reported the spill and the fact that I had fallen to the cashier. She called someone to clean it up. My husband told the gentleman I had fallen and walked him to the spill and then also pointed out a second spill. He thanked my husband for showing him the spills. Neither employee ever asked if I was ok. Their lack of concern over something that could have ended much worse will result in me driving to Black River Falls or Marshfield for what I need. Thank you ShopKo for the way Im feeling not only emotionally but physically.....NOT!

The people are usually helpful in this store, however today there were younger people working and they are not helpful. The one in particular, I have dealt with previously and she was not helpful that time either.
