I love the cute apparel and accessories sold here but I do find the staff to be prejudice with clients. Unless I am dressed in a well put together, fashionable outfit - the staff will never greet me or offer help. I went in just the other day with my friend who always has a well thought out outfit on and I had shorts and a tshirt. While in line with our items to buy (also the two associates working have not said hello or anything to me, but have offered a dressing room to my friend), one associate walks past me (almost like I am invisible) and asks my friend if she can take her items to the register while she waits. Glad I have found some more affordable boutiques on line that I do not have to shop here anymore. Extremely frustrating during each visit.

Impressed with the manager! Bought a top and found a hole in it after I got home. Return policy is store credit or exchange only, BUT the manager stepped up, apologized for the defect, and offered me a refund. Impressed with how she stood behind only selling the highest quality items to customers! Thank you! Will recommend this boutique to others!

Nicole is awesome and did a fabulous job with a custom embroidery order that we made. I would highly recommend Moss Boutique for unique and fun fashion items and custom embroidery work.
