As a mini-golf enthusiast living in nearby Rhinelander, I can safely say that Settlers Mill is the best mini-golf course in the Northwoods. The course is in fantastic condition, with a predictable and quick putting surface, and the bricks that surround each hole are flawless. Each hole is designed with multiple strategies in mind, and there are plenty of interesting elements that need to be navigated through, over, around, and under. But what really makes Settlers Mill my favorite course are all the little details. Each hole has a little pin that can be used to pull your ball out of the hole, and the scorecard lists the length of each hole in inches! From the course design, to the landscaping, to the each little detail, it is clear that a lot love goes into this course, and it truly shows.

The mini-golf course is awesome, very scenic and well designed. The frozen custard is good, but beware that they charge extra for adding whipped cream or sprinkles. And the whipped cream is horrible. Most ice cream places use real whipped cream, and dont charge for it. They will ask you everytime if you want it, but never make you aware of the additional charge. I know people that worked there, and they said that management counted on that tactic to make more money.

Really nice, well-maintained facility. We have miniature golfed here annually for years and it is always fun for us and our school-age children. There are also a few arcade games, skee ball, and concessions that are good quality.

Settlers Mill is he best golf course in the Northwoods! Every hole has a different creative theme. The Custard taste excellent I highly recommend the campfire smores flavor! Also try it at night for a additional experience!

OK but they didnt have the pumps on so no water flowing through the course. Thats a big part of the experience...
