Not happy at all. Pulled in to them taking my order and halfway through decide to say oh our drive thru is closed. So I pulled into a stall and ordered. After 20 mins of waiting and several people going through the drive thru and people ordering after us I had to literally call them and ask what was taking our food so long. Then when we got our food it wasnt even warm. Worst experience I have ever had at Sonic. Will never go here again. Horrible

Worst service ever!! My food took 20 minutes. I tried to pay with the app but couldnt write the code on time and it dissappeared, so I asked an employee if she could tell me the code but said she couldnt. I gave her my debit card and they told me the machine couldnt read it. Instead of trying to resolve the problem any other way, they asked for the food back. Seriously dont eat here.

Great place if you want slow service and inaccurate orders. They do a good job sometimes but most of the time its a hassle. 15 minutes for a sundae? When Im 1 or 2 customers on the lot.....
