Im new to coldtone and they didnt explain anything about how it works, so I ended up just choosig random stuff. I had no idea they could mix flavors, and their job of mixing ingredients in sucked. It was all chunky in one place and all ice cream the rest of the bowl. Needless to say, worst experience in an ice cream shop, which is sayig something, because seriously, its ice cream. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Just order a medium. The two people working when I went had a vastly different opinion on what a large was vs. what a medium was. I ordered a large and got like 2 scoops, I ordered my GF a medium and she got an overload of ice cream. They need to standardize the portions, but it was tasty so I cant complain too bad.

One of the staff members was rude and had a permanent b$!@# face. The other employee was very nice, but couldnt remember what you ordered two seconds after ordering. Cleanliness was ok. Not enough tables and chairs or space for that matter, to want to stick around. I was not impressed.

The ice cream making process was extremely slow. there was a long line. The variety of options is the best. Wish they hired more experienced servers to speed things up.

Service: horrible. rude. server had an attitude and rushed me to order. Ice Cream: Awesome but Id rather go to a different cold stone with that kind of service!

Great place to have a long break. I have so many afternoon spent in here, they have great flavors, and it is a just as good as ice cream and its healthy too.

Good flavor and options, but make sure you have enough cash or a few credit cards to spread the cost over. Babcock ice cream is usually a better choice.

Worthless staff. Always mess up my order. Had to ask me what the ingredients to a turtle sundae were. Tasted awful.
