Oh my gosh!!!!!! The ice cream amd mixes here are so great!!!! Ive never had cake mixed with Ice cream. This made me so happy. My son amd boyfriend were very satisfied with their ice cream as well. The portions are huge, who doesnt like more ice cream. Thanks for the great experience. The only down fall to this place is the dinning area. We sat under a fan that was in full blast so it made it colder and made thw light flicker.

Teamwork is terrible. No communication and when a lead worker tries to communicate or ask for help, the other coworkers distract themselves with simple task to do or go in the back WHILE theres a line to the door. Had to wait 30 or 40 minutes to order a signature sundae and a shake. I give props to that hard worker trying to keep the flow going. Giving to stars: 1 for the hard worker 1 for the cold stone being open.

What? A Cold Stone Creamery in Wisconsin? Home of a $5 scoop in the land of world class frozen custard for a mere $1.50 a pop. They at least have some stones for showing up here. Im sure it is because the overall size of the frozen desserts market is enormous here. The people that would step foot in a cold stone creamery in Wisconsin simply dont know any better. And I pity them.

They were out of EVERYTHING. Okay not really, but they were out of a lot. Still giving them four stars because girl was trying and maybe they just werent expecting so many people to come in with the nice weather in November. Ill change this to a five if you have all the ingredients to make my sundae next time!

Love Love Cold Stone Creamery. However, this visit was where service wasnt the best. Two workers were busy doing other things that I felt could have been done in between customers. There were 6 of us in line and one person waiting on us.

Great ice cream with fantastic employees and great customer service! Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because of the price. Besides it being a bit pricey, no complaints at all! Would highly recommend after payday!

Good quality, but only one person working and they seemed to be out of a lot of ingredients. Understandable with the unseasonably warm weather this late in the year, but it was still a little disappointing.

The best hand mixed ice cream around a great display of ingredients to mix in the ice cream and the ice cream flavors themselves were extraordinary hands down I wouldnt go anywhere else to eat my ice cream
