At the Starbucks inside B&N, while still standing a good ten feet away from the counter and in the midst of a conversation, the cashier actually INTERRUPTED us to try and sell us on lunch items. When we got to the counter to order, he tried to convince us to order larger sizes. When our drinks showed up, they werent what we ordered. When we finally got the drinks we actually ordered and tasted them, I wanted to spit it out -- the Tazo Green Tea Latte tasted like artificial, mildly sweetened rotten grass. Stay far away from this place.

love the feeling of being in a bookstore. very friendly clerks and good place for roaming around the aisles and having coffee. love that it is open till 10 pm. it reminds me of the feeling I had when roaming the City Lights bookstore in San Francisco on Saturday evenings. still continue to read and purchase books at the store.

Great staff. They know their stuff. Willing to order if its not there. Great with suggestions. I know its easier to order from Amazon, etc. but you cant beat getting help from real people! Even had to return an opened book light and the guy was happy to help despite no packaging.

Id give this place 4.5 stars if I could. My only complaint is that I wish their Spanish and Bilingual book section was more extensive and not confined to one book case. Im a Spanish teacher and also an aunt to a wonderful little Bilingual nephew.

Not a safe place. Strange men with cameras videorecording people. On another occasion, I saw a yelling match break out between two patrons. Unfriendly new store policies. Rigid, unfriendly staff.

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble! Its big with a very good selection of books, audio books, music, puzzles and more! Its got an adorable kid area and everyone there is super friendly! :)

Great selection, I always get interesting finds in the discount section which is nice too. Staff is helpful and nice. The Starbucks inside the store is an added bonus

I always love walking into this place. The smell of coffee and treats in the back is always a welcoming entry. Some of the toys are a little pricey though.

Nice childrens section and has copies of many contemporary books at reasonable prices. The attached Starbucks cafe is a nice touch.
