I was not impressed!!!! The staff have little to no knowledge of the reptiles/inverts they have in stock.....They have emperor scorpions (a jungle invert) in a desert enclosure!!!! The poor thing had no shade, couldnt burrow, a complete lack of humidity (emperor scorpions need to be in a high humidity state), was in direct light along with being under a standard bulb, which emits UVA and UVB both of which are harmful to scorpions! When a gentleman asked to buy the poor creature they found out it was dead!!!! I guess the workers couldnt tell the poor thing was dead, its not like the feeder crickets had been eating into it or anything!!! (they had been)...........All in all, I do not plan on ever shopping there again. I wouldnt even stop in and ask for advice about any products or services!

I shop here for fish supplies only now. They have saltwater fish now tht they moved and they cant keep them alive for anything. They dont feed them the right food foe the type of fish and they had a clown in with a green sea wolf eel. You should never do tht!!!! There corals are cheap but how do I know if they feed those right. They have no clue what animal needs what. I think they hire this people tht have no idea. They had mandarin dragonite goby and couldnt understand why he wasnt eating his flakes. They eat reef pod I said to the lady. I didnt know tht, what are reef pods she said. Product are ok but animal care sucks!!!!

This store has everything you will ever need for your pets! I am happy to say that they do not sell puppies or kittens here. I am glad about this because most pet stores get their puppies from puppy mills (do some research and puppy mills are bad places) and kittens from cat mills. The store has reasonable prices and they just switched to using biodegrateable bags!

I regularly shop at this store because of the variety of dog and cat food, treats, and accessories available and most of the prices are as low or lower than supermarket prices. The staff has always been very helpful and polite and the atmosphere is always upbeat. .

I am very disappointed in the animal care here I got 2 parakeets here and had them a week them they sadly past away I will not be buying another from this store I am very dissatisfied with the way you treat your animals!:(

They dont carry very many animals, which I think is for the better. I do like the built in pet grooming salon in the back.
