Save-A-Lot is a discount grocery store and not very large. That being said, when I need to go grocery shopping, I go here first. They dont have a great variety of produce but like other reviewers have said, the meat department is great. I am not a person who is hung up on name brand goods and Save-A-Lot has its own generic brands which are very good. I go through my shopping list and get everything I can at Save-A-Lot first, then head to Martins for what Save-A-Lot doesnt have.

A semi discount store with off brands. Meat and vegetable sections have improved greatly over the last couple of years. While the stigma of a "discount/off brand" store turns some off, it has had a make over and its location makes it convenient.

Prices are great and employees are friendly and helpful! Usually buy what I need on my grocery list here first then go to the other grocery stores to get what they dont have at save a lot.
