My fiance and I contacted Dots a few months ago in regards to purchasing 12 dozen donuts for our wedding, but was talked down to by a woman who clamed to be the owner. She said she would POSSIBLY think about it, but said she would contact us later with a yes or no answer. We waited patiently for 3 weeks, but never heard back, we really enjoyed the donuts we purchased in the past, and we were still hopefull, but when we called back, she said it wasnt worth her time, let alot bother to call us back and let us know. Terrible customer service, and a huge disappointed we can t serve dots as our wedding cakes, we wont go back.

This is my familys favorite doughnut place! They have a HUGE variety ranging from traditional to something that looks like it belongs in a Portland shop. One of the reviewers said "They wasnt much variety"; Im pretty sure they havent been here at all or went at 2 in the afternoon. This place always has very well made doughnuts and flavors kids love to try like strawberry, cotton candy, blueberry, blackberry, smores, and so many more. Have I mentioned I love this place? A must-go if you live anywhere near!

Paul is a real artist when it comes to making donuts. The display is beautiful. There is a wide selection and donuts are large and the dough is just right. I select the donuts that dont have a lot of icing. I like them better than Voodoo Donuts in Portland... and you can get a 10% senior discount. Service has always been perfect. They have a growing clientele of regulars. Many times they sell out and close early.

These are my favorite donuts on the face of the Earth... BUT... All too often I arrive at a normal time and theyre sold out. Today was 8:30am. Other days are similar. Please do a better job at forecasting demand or perhaps make a second batch if you sell out early. In the brief time I was in the parking lot today, I saw 8 cars arrive then leave after seeing the shop sold out. Thats a lot of disappointed customers.

Me and my brother drove by and decided to check them out. Their donuts are to sugary if you ask me(I didnt want to finish it after a few bites), they have some interesting flavors though. The prices are about a $1 per plain donut, $1.50 for fancy ones. The shop is brand new, and the girl behind the counter was nice.

Out of the last 5 times weve gone to Dot Donuts, theyve been closed 4 times for one reason or another. They just leave a sign on the door and lock up. Im really not sure how they stay in business. Anyway, we wont make anymore attempts. Panera is just down the street with delicious pastries and cookies.

This place runs very middle of the road for me. The donuts are good and their selection is okay but by no stretch the greatest that I have ever had. Not sure if its just where its located or if it is the staff that try just hard enough, but this place feels a little sterile.

Our favorite donut shop! Warm and friendly, definately different that the big chain stores. Variety of original flavors, my favorite is the apple fritter and pumpkin spice old fashioned. If you have a nut allergy in you family, the donuts are peanut/tree nut free.

Amazing donuts, baked fresh and delicious. Only complaint is that from what Ive seen there isnt a tremendous variety, I think I saw 6 or so options plus the sprinkles version of each. Also the prices werent expensive at all compared to what youre getting.

The store is nice and very clean. The service is amazing, fast and friendly. While some people may like the doughnuts, I agree with the other reviewer that said the doughnuts are too sugary. Its a really nice place, just not my kind of doughnut.

Ive gone here for years and every time the donuts are delicious and a hit wherever I take them. If you want donuts, show up early. Every good place that sells fresh closes when theyre out of stock. And Dots is one of the best and freshest.

The donuts are great....when they have them. I have been here many times with my kids when they are sold out by 10:30 or 11am. Its always a bummer. Not sure why they dont just make more.
