I buy things from this store quite often. So, I was in a hurry one day and I bought 2 packs of their pierogies (vareniki) 1 with potato and 1 with cabbage. First of all theyre very huge. The quality is very bad. Potato pierogies by the time the were done cooking I had potato no potatoes left in them. Theyre so big and theyre closed properly because too much flour. So, my husband barely ate them. About a week late I decided to cook the cabbage pierogies ( I love cabbage pierogies). Anyway this was even worse than the potato pierogies. First of all there is no cabbage inside them. Its more like a eggplant or zucchini spread thats inside. Due to the pierogies being so huge they also started opening and half the gross filling came out. On top of that my house was filled with a really disgusting smell afterwards. Anyhow, my husband and I refused to it and we threw away the whole bag! I DO NOT recommend anyone this product. First of all its a little too price for 1 pound of pierogies for the price of $6.99. There are other good quality brands that are super good and delicious. A few that I tried are Alexs Meat and От Олежки. Very very delicious and they have dumplings as well with different meat fillings! Dont get me wrong I was born in Russia and have been eating pierogies and dumplings my whole life so, after tried these so called pierogies I was really disappointed. I would recommend this store to take it off their shelves completely! Lets just say that Svitoch is not how it used to be. Now when I need to go to a European store I drive further to Anoush Deli and Premier. Its a few minutes further but they have more options there.

I live nearly 40 minutes from Sweet Touch cafe, but its worth the drive. The customer service here is incredible. I walked in and asked if they make Earl Grey tea lattes and the barista took my request even though they technically dont have it on the menu. (It was one of the best ones Ive tried.) They use quality syrups, Monin rather than Torani, and I can definitely taste the difference. The Three Cheese Pastry is delicious, reasonably priced, and freshly baked. The feel of the lounge in the cafe is great, with spaces for larger groups and couches to hang out on. Theyre still remodeling the place from what Ive seen. They have a new oak bar table in front of the main window, which is absolutely beautiful. The logo is simple and beautiful (I added a photo of it below). Overall, one of the better cafes Ive been to (and Ive been to a lot!) Also, free and fast wifi is a plus. 5/5, no doubt about it.

Sweet touch? More like dirty touch! Came here to get some pastries, a lady from the back came wearing gloves and had a phone in her hand which she then placed on the cutting board. With the same gloves she then started to gather my pastries. Made me cringe inside. Still wearing the same gloves she swiped my credit card, grabbed a pen and used the cash register. At this point I noticed a hole in her glove. I wonder how long she had them on? One pair per day? After handling my credit card and the cash register the worker went back to handling the pastries. Crazy! Quite Disturbing!

Hi! I visit Svitoch many times ,usually to get meet products such as kalbasa,smoked chicken ,pork,pelmeni.On January 12th I was going to buy cake,I asked about "Kiev" ,they said they just had it ,its fresh made and original recepi.They sold to me that cake for$17.99.When I got home and served this "Kiev"cake.All my family was really disappointed:IT"S SUCH A BAD TASTE!!!! even kids("Kiev" favorite eaters)was simply refused to eat this cake.I am also DISAPPOINTED It"s a LIE ! Not TRUST any more to This Store.THEY JUST CARE HOW TO SELL!!!!

Замечательный русский магазин! Я постоянный покупатель выпечки (у них в магазине своя пекарня) и кондитерских изделий, а так же творог, сметана и пельмени. Люблю этот магазин. Часто захожу, т к живу не далеко.

Very often my experience here is not pleasant, only if I have to then Ill come in. I dont understand why they give us such a hard time when we are here with out wife. We usually bug kielbasa from here and lots, they usually give this wrapped kielbasa with paper not in a container. Why make all the fuss about everything when I just want good customer service and thats all.

Was good the first time I went. But the second time definitely stopped me from going. I got a cake that was hard and old and other fruit pastries where the fruit was old and dry and the corners of the cake was hard like wood. If they kept everything fresh, I would return. But for now, Im highly unlikely to come back again.

Incredibly helpful staff and patient with this novice to Russian cuisine. Tired of the usual takeout ? Go here and get a little of everything. My family loved the chicken kebabs and their version of rice pilaf that was perfectly seasoned. I have dessert too and if its half as good as it looks I know Im in for a treat.

This family owned cafe is a must if your in Vancouver and love good coffee. They can be compared to some of the top coffee shops in Portland. Also their Crepes are out of this world, but dont take my word for it, Id recommend this place to anyone who loves everything from coffee/crepes to European goods.

Such a nice little cafe! I believe the owners are brothers. They provided amazing service and delicious coffee!! One of the men told me they took months going around portland to find a coffee supplier. That just proves how much they care about quailty. I am definetly going back!

Absolutely amazing. They make the best coffee I have ever tasted! It was drinkable and warm when they handed it to me, not scalding! Wonderful service and tasty food. I tried the pastries and they were very soft and sweet, just like homemade. I cant wait to try the crepes!

Through years this store has definitely improved! The personnel is polite and eager to help you. I love their homemade style sausages: chicken, beef and pork(pork sausages are especially delicious) and their smoked salmon fillet are amazing! I keep coming back for more.

Awesome Russian baked goods which they make themselves! If you have never had Russian baked items stop in and try them. There are sweet and savory foods. I dont recommend eating a meal here, just grab and go. Coffee is not bad. The sweets are better than the savory.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time we have experience with alot of bakeries and food spots in the Washington/Oregon area and this place will definitely be a return spot, we got 2 of each macaroons 14 in total and so far theyre amazing.

A really great cafe with delicious European style pastries and cakes with an attached European deli. We got the twists and they were delicate and tasted amazing. I will definitely be back to try some of the cakes. baklava, and tiramisu .
