First of all I feel slightly guilty for leaving a bad review, and Ill explain why in a second. I decided to purchase the "Serene Paradise: Premium" bouquet from Awesome Flowers last month for my wife specifically for the purple roses thats included in the price of the flowers and what she received instead was somebody elses order. So I decided to call up the store and I spoke with, who I think his name was Joel, and explain the situation and described the bouquet that she received and he realized that our order got mixed up with somebody elses. At that time, he offered to send a dozen purple roses to her later that day, however I told him whats done is done and all I was trying to do was let him know before they sent her roses to someone else when they were expecting something else. At that time, he told me since I didnt want the other roses that he felt like he needed to make it right and told me to call back for $100 worth of Flowers for valentines. So upon calling you back, I reminded him of the situation and he remembers it and then ask what I would like to have delivered for Valentines Day. I told him I wanted the "Serene Paradise: Premium" and offered to pay $3.50 difference since the total came out to $103.50, but he said that it was fine because he wanted to make this right. Unfortunately, I just received the "standard" version of these flowers, instead of the "premium" version that I ordered. Once again, I order these flowers because I liked the purple roses and the Standard version does not come with the purple roses. Joel was a nice guy and I really appreciated that he wanted to make it right and gave me $100 worth of free flowers, but once again I have not received what I originally paid for, which is why I feel bad for giving a low review, however, this company seems to be having a hard time getting orders right.

Awesome Flowers is the prime example of what above and beyond customer service is.... And is hands down the best experience with a small business Ive ever had. I live in the Olympia area...and last minute I called Awesome Flowers to see if I could get an arrangement delivered to my grandmother for her birthday. Joel (the business owner) said his delivery people had already gone home for the day.... but he would stop on his way home to deliver them to her residence. Wow. First off, you dont find many people like that these days. Genuinely kind people... Going out of their way to help other people, let alone business owners going out of their way for customers. But it was the way Joel made it sound so nonchalant to help me that was so refreshing. He even texted me pictures of different arrangements to make sure thats exactly what she would like.... And what I imagined to be $80-$100 based off the elegance from the pictures he sent me, was only $45.95! From the customer service I experienced with Joel, to the quality of their flowers for the price.... I will DEFINITELY be using Awesome Flowers again. -Happy customer

A few months back I ordered for my Mothers funeral. This was a difficult thing to do, however Joel made the process easy for me and my family. We shared stories about her so he could create items that would reflect my Mother interests. She was a collector of many things, so we bought in some of her personal collectables and he happily created beautiful arrangements incorporating them. My father was over joyed seeing this mementoes being used to celebrate my Mother / his wife of 46 yrs. This made me so pleased as well. Joel even place of few items together we provided in a permanent arrangement and my Dad still has it next to his favorite chair and enjoys it daily. Awesome Flowers is the place to shop for special , personalized care making lifes memories!

Impeccable customer service, superb quality of flowers, and beyond FAST creation and delivery! I placed my order online last night for a birthday gift for my Mom. Being thousands of miles away, I wanted to send her special and memorable flowers. Awesome Flowers phoned me this morning (just after the store opened) to ask if I was okay with more flowers being added to the grouping, and that they would last longer being in direct water vs. in the regular basket (all this an no extra cost). I happily agreed and trusted their judgement. Just over an hour later, the flowers were delivered, right at the moment I happened to be on the phone with my Mom. She was ecstatic and adores them. Thank you, thank you, thank you again!

Words cannot describe how happy I was with Joel and his shop. Not only is he very sincere, honest and very approachable iwith any ideas the bride had or I had. But he did an outstanding job on my daughters wedding at Lakeside Gardens in Portland. From the pillar arrangments, flowers for the bridal party and the bouquet was SO BREATH TAKING!. Everything was delieved earlier than promised, which I know as the mother of the bride that was much appreciated. I would recommend this florist to anyone looking for a special touch or just an everyday arrangement. Joel thank you for your professionalism from start to finish and the bride and groom enjoyed working with you as well. Highly recommended. : ) 5 stars

Was in a rush to get a nice gift basket for a friend, and Awesome Flowers was the first place that popped up on google. Im glad it did because the experience was excellent. I had the unlucky fact I came in after Valentines day, and was certain that all the better flowers would be out of stock. But Joel was able to put together an excellent set, with chocolates, and other nice additions for a very good price. This place has the personability you want from an independent store, and the professionalism you prefer from a bigger chain. Highly recommend to anyone for whatever your arrangement needs are.

Great job Awesome Flowers. I ordered flowers for my mom in the hospital on Monday morning, and you had them to her that afternoon, with no delivery charge. She used to be a florist so she has great taste and knows her flowers, so Im always a little nervous to use a new florist. She said your Florists Choice bouquet was gorgeous. Unusual mixture of flowers and greenery. Not too high of an arrangement, so it was perfect for her tray at the hospital. Thank you very much for a job well done. She is enjoying them immensely and you brought her joy when she needed it.

I was desperate to find pink carnations for a half-time show at a local Friday night Football game and after three failed attempts at other florists, I was referred to Awesome Flowers and they had just what I needed. Not only did he have exactly what I needed, he gave me all that he had and barely charged me anything! A hidden gem that has become my new favorite. The arrangement was requested and finished in a panicked rush and turned out spectacular! I couldn’t be happier with their service. I highly recommend checking out this little local secret.

Working with Joel was stress-free and fun. I started and ended my search for a florist with him. I went in with a few pictures and a broad idea of what I wanted and I left with a plan. A week later I went in with a budget that was lower than the original cost of the flowers and he showed me how I could trade out calla lilies for orange roses for significant savings. Compared to the competition he was top notch. He never charged me a consultation fee, and beat all competing prices. I highly recommend him to any stressed out bride.
