I normally dont leave reviews, but the encounter I had with a manager really struck a chord in me. Im not a florist, Im a bride. And Ive been working with my florist for some time now ordering flowers from PFM for my wedding, enegagtement, etc. One of the managers rudely, kicked us out during my visit. Ive visited the market multiple times with my florist present. I paid for visitor pass each time. I wasnt aware of the dramatic change in rules at the market, but customers/brides were not allowed, which makes zero sense. But if thats how they want it, so be it. I can respect that. But what I cannot tolerate is a rotten attitude and disrespect, especially from management. Especially when she threatens to suspend a florists license, in front of a crowd. I cannot even begin to explain how rude and rotten this woman was, from her demeanor to facial expressions and tone of voice. You have new rules and policies? Thats fine. But you can calmly, and nicely explain this to the bride and florist, in a respectful manner. Its a shame, the vendors are such wonderful people.
