After a phone call to discuss options, I wrote them an email to place the order. I wrote: "Below is the rest of the billing information you needed for the order we discussed .... We are happy with $60 for the arrangement plus the $10 delivery fee." (Which adds up to $70.) We never received a response to our email. Looking at our bank statement we later learned wed been charged closer to $80, not $70. So you can decide for yourself if we were misled or we should have understood sales tax would be tacked on to the $70 we agreed to (assuming tax is their explanation for the extra charge). Watch out!!

I was hoping to impress my wife with a huge bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day. I ordered the flowers over the phone and paid about $150. What I got was a nice, but very modestly-sized bouquet (about 12" in diameter). For that price, I was expecting something at least twice as big. I dont know if its just this shop or the flower market in general, but Ill try someplace else next time. If thats just the way flowers are these days, Ill start spending my money on something else, instead.

I live WAY over on the East Coast, so I depend on local florists when I send flowers. This shop does not let me down! They are patient, they are flexible, and I get special treatment. (I think they do that for everybody...)

Called in and ordered a Mothers Day bouquet for next-day delivery. The delivery was on time and my Mom liked the bouquet. My $50 arrangement came to $63 with tax and other fees. I will use them again.
