Great store and it actually has a lot of vegan options where other stores still fall way short (like Huckleberrys). Tons of cruelty free makeup, soaps, etc, great bulk items with pretty good prices. They are pretty expensive on some of the protiens and Ill still get Frozen stuff cheaper elsewhere, but they often have deals on the vegan things your cant get elsewhere like jackfruit pull pork or tofurky sausages. Great selection of vegan cheeses, not just daiya but also miyokos and other but cheeses our non vegan friends love when we bring it for snacks.

If you are looking for boxed allergy free options, this is a great place. However if you are grain free, the produce options are slim and some of them look pretty rough. The chicken in the freezer section expired months ago and there was not a date on it that said when it was frozen, so I didnt feel confident buying it. The frozen grass fed patties were delicious. The produce I bought was good as well. They do not offer bags for your groceries, so bring your own or use one of their boxes.

So very happy to find a good selection of natural foods, vitamins, bulk items, and personal care products. Best alt grocery store in Spokane, in my opinion. For you west siders, its like Central Market and Whole Foods had a baby and moved to Spokane.

I shop here for my kombucha supply mainly. They sell large 48oz glass jars of synergy for $6. Best deal in town. Huge selection of organic "stuff" I never even knew was out there. I love finding and trying new healthy foods and drinks :D
