I went to Tj Maxx to find a birthday present for my friend, but the entire time I was there, the associate, Joy, followed me around the entire store! Then when I asked for her advice on an item for my friend she rudely huffed and rolled her eyes at me before she answered. Ive never been so insulted and treated so rudely at any store in my life. You can bet Ill be calling corporate after the holiday!

Excellent customer service. Had an item that did not work properly. But lost the receipt. They gave me store credit and took the item back with no problem. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I just called the Silverdale TJ Maxx and that is how the phone was answered? No "Good morning, TJ Maxx, how may I help you" Just "Hola". I had to ask if I had called TJ Maxx. Mmmmm...
