Since the reopen it has gone down hill fast. Managers playing around. No customer service. Not even close to being the same as before the close and reopen. Only reason they have the customers they have is the ones that dont want to stand in long lines at Safeway across the street so they deal with the rude staff at Albertsons.

Quiet. Not crowded. Not rushed. That translates into happier people -- employee and customer alike. A nearby "competitor" (not really since one bought out the other) has a little more variety, but the prices are comparable and that other place is so packed it makes for cranky shoppers. This Albertsons doesnt drain me.

I love this store, now that Albertsons is the same as Safeway I actually shop here. The store is less busy than the Safeway across the street. Their donuts are the lightly golden brown ones like Albertsons used to do and not over cooked like Safeway tends to do. This is my store.

Ill pick this store over Safeway across the street every time. The staff goals are to make sure every customer is acknowledged, been offered help and genuine kindness. I used to dread going shopping. Because of the well trained staff, I dont mind at all. Kudos!!!

This Albertsons has been pretty great. Well stocked, friendly, good pharmacy. Only down side is the butcher isnt quite as good as the Safeway across the street, but thats a very minor complaint.

Excellent staff. Knowlegable. Friendly. They really get to know thier patients by name. They will go out of their way to make the customer happy. I love this pharmacy.

Love shopping here. The staff is friendly, the store is well lit and the aisles are wide and easy to navigate. This is my first choice in the Fairwood area to shop.

The store is smaller so there are fewer choices. There is no self check-out. But the delli is good. It is a good alternative to the nearby Safeway.
