There is a sign when you walk in that says "green tags are 75%" on main floor. I spent a long time finding green tag clothing to purchase at 75% off which for some items is still pricey compared to Bellas Voice Thrift store acrossed the street. When I went to purchase my items I was told that the sign was wrong and the green tag clothing was actually 50% off. In addition, some of the green tag shoes werent 75% off either. When I was leaving one of the owners apologized for the confusion and said if I came back and purchased something full price I would get 35% off. Really? So for all the time I spent finding green tag clothing that was 75% off according to the sign, but not really, I will get only 35% off one item if I come back? I asked the owner why they dont match their competition on Mondays that sells all certain colored tags for 75% off at Bellas Voice. Even the Greedwill acrossed the street has beat them with all items of their colored tag for that day at $1.79. She didnt have an answer except to say that on other days their clothes are cheaper than Greedwill, which has nothing to do with the fact that they wont sell their clothes for 75% off, ever. She said if the clothes dont sell at 50% off, they donate the clothes and make no money on them. Why would anyone donate to this store when they are not doing their due diligence to sell all the clothes they can to provide for their charity? They have decided they are "doing well enough financially" and are actually giving away donations instead of selling them for 75% off or even 99 cents like lots of other thrift stores do with their clothes that havent sold. At least they would be getting something to help the kids with cancer and when they give the clothes away, this doesnt help the kids. The cashier was really nice but the other sales people seemed weird about trying things on in the one dressing room. I would have purchased several additional items of clothing if they had honored their own sign, but they missed out on cash that could have helped the kids. If all these green tag clothing items dont sell today, they are given away and the store gets nothing for them. Not too smart in terms of helping their charity. Some thrift stores even mark the items that dont sell or have issues, down to 25 cents, which is better than nothing.

I love to support Not For Profit entities. This establishment supports childhood cancer research. Unfortunately, cancer has attacked me as a child and my sibling in adulthood. I very much want to buy and donate for this cause. However, my experience today left me not wanting to return. I was profiled in the store and was followed as I parused the merchandise. The man who followed me came so near to me, that he caused me to stumble and nearly fall. Please take care that people of color are philanthropists too. When we have an enemy (Cancer) that attacks at will, one cannot waste time on petty prejudices. Cancer waits for no one and any Customer that enters your store is a commodity.

Really cluttered and packed full of stuff. I wouldnt bring anyone in a wheelchair to shop here. The stuff is decent, but most items are a bit overpriced. The furniture and jewelry is priced too high.
