Batshit Insane. The people running it are pretty damn crazy but you could theoretically use this to your advantage. They had no qualms whatsoever about trying to give me unlisted discounts just to keep me from leaving the store. The guy got up to 30% off and was offering me extra free stuff. Another time his wife (I assume) gave me some strange hand-made coupon that was good for 50% my next purchase. The downside is that they seem to be so desperate to make a sale theyll try and sell you anything. Which wouldnt be so bad but they clearly dont know what the hell theyre talking about and theyre just bullshitting you. So yeah, you could give it a shot and if they have what you need you might be able to get a sweet deal. If you dont mind somewhat pushy salespeople and you know better than to listen to them it can be a decent experience. It reminds me of haggling with gypsies.

After reading several reviews about poor service, i was leary to go shop at this location. But i went in for a case of lean shakes (gnc brand). David tried to tell me that they use soy for protein even though the label clearly shows a blend of milk and whey protein. Bad enough. Then when i purchased the case (3-4 packs) he tried to charge me for twelve singles which is much more expensive. Even when i pointed out the price shown right on the shelf, he lied and tried to tell me that that price was for a different product. When i said ok, show me that, he said they were out. I told him that i have purchased the same thing at other locations and am familiar with the price. He repeated "different product". Eventually he called someone and got authorization to not rip me off and charged the correct price. What a scummy sales person!

Worst service EVER, kicked me out. Visited GNC on 124th on 5/16/2013 during lunch hours. The Korean lady (heard her talk to her Korean friend sitting near the checkout counter). Im Asian myself, so Im sure she was speaking Korean. Half of the back isles were blocked with boxes of Inventory. Could not walk to the back area. Her Korean friend was sitting on one of the boxes, chatting with the clerk. I was using my iPhone looking up some of the supplement ingredients online. I was in the store for a good 15 minutes, and the clerk ask, "What are you doing, you cant do that, leave the store!" How rude, avoid this place at all cost. Just get your supplements at Fred Meyers or go to a GNC at another location. Never, will I EVER step another foot in this store.

The worst GNC I have ever been to bar none. Do not visit here unless you speak fluent Korean because their English is awful... Actually, even if you do speak Korean, still dont come here because they dont know anything about the supplements. The things I was told were dumbfounding to me. As a weightlifter myself, I know plenty about supplements and the things I was told here were completely & absolutely wrong. I was told to buy the most expensive supplements because they were "vewwy powerful", and he couldnt explain a thing about how they worked with your body from a scientific standpoint. If you dont want to get ripped off by them literally pushing you to buy the most expensive supplements in the store, dont come here. Youd be better off going anywhere else.

The guy that owns it is a unlicensed medical doctor, or so he says. He does seem to be a nice enough guy, if its one on one, but his struggles with English make it hard to communicate with him. When there are several people in the store he is flustered and not helpful. he always does give away free samples of stuff at the counter, and has a permanent 10% off "club" if you have been given a little green dot sticker for your wallet. for all the folks who are saying "unfriendly salesperson" I think you might not have any experience with 1st generation Koreans. that is just the way they are.

Ive never had a worse experience in my life. I went in to buy thermogenics and noticed that they had them priced $40 above the price of another GNC. I asked if they would price match it since I had been to a different gnc a week before and he scolded me like a child. Tried to bully me into buying it anyway and told me I was a liar that all GNCs priced them the same. I refused to buy it at this location and went back to the original one in Tacoma (which by the way gave awesome servide). Its safe to say I will NOT return or recommend this location to anyone.

We tried to shop for vitamins at this store on 10/4/10, around 2 pm. The sales person was unnecessarily unfriendly in answering questions about the product name we were looking for She could have simply said, we dont carry that product. We were treated as if only a complete idiot would come into her shop looking for something they dont sell. Wont be back to do business with her. I guess her favorite customers already have her inventory memorized and dont need to bother her with questions. roger christensen

Avoid this location. I didnt realize that I had purchased a protein powder that expired so soon, it even expired before the expiration date! The owner of the store was so rude and had a very bad attitude. She refused to reimburse or exchange it. On top of that, she has no product knowledge whatsoever and can barely communicate in English. She should not be in the retail business at all.

Was sceptical becuase of bad reviews but headed over because of convenience anyways. All I was looking for was a can of C4 and they only had the 60servings size instead of 30. Even though Im not a member the lady who worked there gave me member price plus an additional discount. She was really polite and even gave me some free samples as well as 15% off my next visit!

Avoid that place. the owner operators are shady characters. They dont use the gold card that I paid for and pull prices out of the air. AVOID. The location in downtown Kirkland is great, very helpful and HONEST.
