I am a long time customer and I am usually waited on by Michael. I find that in the past the staff has always been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I send my co-workers and friends to your store on a regular basis. No one that I know will ever spend money in any other establishment if I have anything to say about it. I am always singing the praises of THE FOOD MILL and Michael. However, I visited the store on April 4, 2017 and I was very disappointed in the service. I asked for Michael and was told he was at lunch. I then proceeded to shop for my usual products. The two sales associates were having a personal conversation that continued while I was asking questions. I had a question about collagen the sales associate came over to the shelf where I was standing and pointed to the product with her foot and told me which product she used. She never stopped her conversation with her co-worker during this interaction with me. I had more shopping to do, but I was so upset by her treatment I decided to just leave. I will still shop here but only with the older sales associates who understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE>

I was at your store this week - I didnt recognize one clerk and that two that waited on me didnt have a clue. Charged incorrect amounts - tried to weight the already packaged and weighed bee pollen. What I also noticed is their prices are not competitive any longer. Barleans can be purchased at Amazon for $5 less per bottle on the small size. There is no longer a reason to go to the Food Mill after over 40 years.

A classic health food store. Great bulk goods with good values. I cannot say the same for their extensive vitamin and supplements selection. Expensive! Although Im very leary of the health advice Ive overhead being given to customers. Too many nostrums and unsubstantiated potions for me. 1 star less for that.

Great bulk grains, oats etc. Amazing nut butters. We wish they were open a little later/earlier so that we could shop there more often having 9-5 jobs.
