We went on a Saturday before 12pm and they were out of original Krispy Kreme donuts. We asked when they would be making more, and were told the next batch went in at 3:30pm. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. We ordered a variety of other donuts and 2 large coffees. We sat in the dining area to eat. Every donut we ate was dry. The coffee was fresh, but tasted cheap and bitter. No amount of cream or sugar fixed it. The coffee preparation area, the counter where the cream and sugar are located, was dirty, and the garbage cans were all overflowing. One restroom was out of order, the other was so filthy that I couldnt even use it. Do not waste your time at this location, the Krispy Kreme at 1900 1st Ave South in Seattle was great! I cant believe how nasty the Issaquah location was, we will never go back there.

Went there on Talk like a Pirate there. The line was moving fast and it was really cool seeing the machine making the donuts but the manager there was being really mean. There was a 2 year old girl that had on a pirate dress and a pirate hat and the manager said the she couldnt get her free dozen because it was only two articles of pirate clothing! And after I showed the manager the snapchat filter my friend was trying to make polite conversation with her by saying oh it must be a fun day with all the pirate costumes but instead of replying yes she completely disregards the question and starts talking about how she hates how Krispy Kreme is allowing people to use the snapchat filter! All the other staff were really nice except for her. I might now go back now just because of the manager.

I need to buy a dozen of donut for a breakfast meeting, I dont care any kind any favor, just give me 1 dozen but the lady speak very bad English that I cant hear clearly or understand, $5? a dozen??? Whatever, I just need 1 dozen and I am almost late, then she gave me 2 big boxes, I asked is 6 pc per box? Oh, actually there were 2 dozen, then have to redo the payment...come on, I am late! Late! Late!

Took advantage of their double donut deal, only to find that theres an ADDITIONAL $2.00 up charge for mixing up the donuts. Of all the mixed donuts, one was an apple fritter ($.60 upcharge) and the rest were regular mixed donuts (no upcharge). I was charged $15.95 for the double deal, $2.00 upcharge for that deal, and $.60 upcharge for the Apple fritter. Not sure these donuts are worth the price.

Avoid early morning visits. They dont appear to be sticklers for opening on time. Tried to visit the last two mornings to try their new coffee, once at 7:45 am and once at 6:45 am. Workers are in the store, but the doors are locked and nobody responding at the drive through. Had to go to Starbucks next door for my coffee.

Nice iconic Krispy Kreme donut shop. You can watch them make the glazed donuts from inside the store. This is the only place where I purchase donuts. The coffee is good and strong too. And as a bonus, they have a quick drive-thru. Plenty of seating inside the shop, with easy in/out access from the main road.

This, like almost every other Krispy Kreme that Ive been to, is aging. The floor could use cleaning, the bathroom updated. Its essentially a little doughnut factory and always seems a little less clean than Id like. I get what I expect though, and its an okay experience.

Usually love Krispy Kreme. Less than stellar experience this visit. Drive thru SLOW SLOW SLOW. no napkins given. Ice cream poorly prepared. Seemed to be under staffed. Im still coming back for the donuts, but I was unimpressed this visit.

Its the 80th anniversary today and inside the staff seems to be moving slower than ever. Drive-thru service is literally twice as fast as walk-in service. Its almost like a big joke theyre playing. Its really incredible.

Havent been to a Krispy Kreme for years (since I lived in TN) staff wasnt very friendly but place was clean. Prices are a bit higher then what I remember, but no competition so I guess its ok.

Doughnut shop. Fairly good stuff. I was expecting lot more varieties given that this is solely for doughnuts. You can see the doughnuts automatically made there. That was nice to watch.

It took Issaquah long enough to get a Krispy Kreme but it was worth it. The donuts are great and watching them make the glazed donuts is fun while youre in a 20 person line.
