My son and I come here every year on his birthday to grab a couple dozen doughnuts for his party (he is not big on cake). Like any good doughnut place, the selection can be minimal if your wait too long in the day, so we try and get there in the morning to get a good selection. We got there around 11 AM, and there was still a great selection (maple bacon bars, yum). Staff was very friendly and were cool with my son taking his time to select all the doughnuts new wanted. I can be pretty picky about my doughnuts, and have liked most items Ive tried. They are always a hit at the parties (the adults probably eat more than the kids). We also noticed they serve Snoqualmie ice cream, which will be great when the factory store is closed and we want an option other than Baskin Robbins. Had a capaccino our last time in. It was great.

I wrote a letter to Top Pot about my concerns with their product and they NEVER responded. Top Pot advertises their product as high quality and gourmet, but they are far from it. I came by the Bothell location and spend 3.50 on a blueberry fritter. The doughnut was NOT filled with real blueberries but instead some sort of strange blue goooo. I felt remorse when I ate part of it. By comparison I could have purchased 7 apple fritters from Safeway and they would have had REAL apples in them. My concern is that they are being rather deceptive and further I find I very disappointing that they didnt even attempt to address my concerns.

I used to go to Top Pot every morning. The cafe and donuts werent the best but I enjoyed it and it had good atmosphere. I recently stopped because two times I went in, different baristas said things that were decidedly unkind when I sat in a chair around the corner and they did not realize I was still there. Third time is a charm. To add insult to injury, each time I tipped at least two dollars on five dollar orders. Im done with it. I waited weeks and only went in when I saw it was someone new. Still that same negative experience. A suggestion? Look around your shop before gossiping about a customer.

Not impressed. :( I have heard a lot good things about this chain before moving back to the Pacific Northwest. I was looking forward to indulging on a great doughnutt but left disappointed. My maple bar tasted stale. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I am not sure if I will try them again. After all, I rarely eat doughnuts to begin with. I am going to save these times for Krispy Kreme, which has never been anything but the best

The seating here is nice with 2 couches, 4 chairs, and a good amount of tables. I came on Sunday morning and most people were taking their orders to go, so seating wasnt an issue. The doughnut selection looks pretty, but I was a little disappointed. It didnt seem fresh, and my mocha was just terrible. If I wanted a crappy coffee and doughnut, I wouldve gone to a gas station and paid a quarter of the price!

Stopped in here mid morning with my wife a few weeks ago to order to-go to get our long overdue donut fix. The selection was well picked over and my wife had trouble finding something she actually wanted to order. The donuts we did get were okay, but not worthy of all the hype. No plans to go back to this location and shy about Top Pot in general for the future.

It was my first visit to this location - not too busy, but it still felt like seating was a bit scarce. It didnt have the vibe of the one in downtown Seattle Ive visited. That said, the food was just as great as expected. I was sad they were all out of apple fritters, but the maple glaze was still as fantastic!

First time here, horrible!! Donuts were stale and overpriced for as basic as they are and the barista had all the ingredients to make a great iced coffee but it was the worst iced coffee Ive ever had. The ice cubes all melted and my coffee was warm when it was supposed to be "iced" Ill never come back!!!

Always a wonderful meal from Michael. We have been visiting Bha!Bha! since it opened in its previous location. Love the vibe at the 5th Avenue restaurant. We have brought many friends here, and they all love it.

The doughnuts were delicious. Unfortunately, the slow service, undrinkable lattes (worst ever), poor customer experience and high prices gave this location a low score.

Donuts are good, ant the coffee is ok, although sometimes the drive-through line gets pretty long in peak hours. The place isnt too nice to stay there to drink your coffe.

Excellent doughnuts! Although I prefer the cozier Seattle location (this one is a little more modern feeling), the treats are top quality and always worth stopping in for.

Paid 5 bucks for small doughnut and milk. Maple bar tasted generic like gas station doughnuts. Worst spot and most expensive as well. Definitely not coming back ever!

Donuts, if they actually have the one you want, are pretty but dont really taste that great. Locally I would prefer to hit up Frost as they are generally really good.

Has been out of my first choice 2 times now, both before 10am. nothing else negative other than sometimes it can be slower than any other drive through coffee stand.

Great place to bring the laptop. I recommend the iced brew (extra shot) and the bacon maple bar. Not cheap, but get a punch card. Youll be back.

Consistently decent coffee. Doughnuts are made off-site but delivered daily. Plenty of room to meet up with a friend or a group.

Not that great donuts have a very oily-stale after taste....just not as good as the hype......felt robbed.

I love the donuts, but I wish they would plan better to have enough on hand. Donuts are not made on site.
